What Does This CAT Scan Report Mean?

cat scan reads a small superior mediastinal lymph node is seen measuring appox 1cm situated between the innominatre artery and the SVC a midly promininet pretrachael lymph node is seen measuring 1cm. pericardial effusion is identified in the pericardial recess no hilar adenopathy is no pleaural effusion seen. what does this mean?
