What Does This CECT Of Abdomen Mean?

My wife , 31 has been advised for CECT of whole abdomen due to evidence of thick walled complex cystic SOL-s are noted in bilateral adnexae. There is evidence of cyst wall and septal enhancement in these lesions. Ovaries are not separately visualized. Measurement -Right side = 40x25 mm and Left side = 33x24 mm. Few focal hypo densities are noted in posterior myometrium. I could not understand what to do. Please suggest me.
