What Does This CT Scan Finding Indicate?

Hello, had a question, recived a ctscan my results were, fractured to the xiphoid process both on right and left. It is consided a costochondral type of injury. Having trouble finding a docotr to explain this injury to me. Is it serious conditon? Should I be off of work? Do I need a repeat ct scan? Please help for more information.
