What Does This CT Scan Finding Indicate?

Patient is 75 years old male. CT Brain scan finds are. There is generalized cerebral volume loss with prominent sulcal subarachnoid spaces with the cisterns and the ventricular system. Periventricular and patchy subcortical white matter hypodensities are seen suggestive of non-specific ischaemic demyelination secondary to small vessel disease.
