What Does This CT Scan Of Cervical Spine Indicate?

Hello- I fell and the back of my head hit the pavement hard. Went to the ER and the report below was written. Could you explain the following line to me? thank you There are scattered subcentimeter level 2 and 3 lymph nodes. See report below if needed, thank you. Examination: CT of the cervical spine. Clinical indication: Pain Comparison: None. Technique: Thin slice axial images of the cervical spine were reformatted in coronal and sagittal projections. Findings: The patient is status post anterior fusion of C4-C5. There is straightening of the cervical curvature. Degenerative disc changes are noted primarily at C6-C7. C1-C2 articulation is appropriate. There is no evidence of acute fracture or subluxation. There are scattered subcentimeter level 2 and 3 lymph nodes.
