CT scan, this impression: concern for new pathologic caliber retrocaval lymph node seen at the level of the lower pole of the kidneys. Measures 1.4X2.6 cm. No pelvic sidewall adenopathy.Started ELIGARD today for management of prostate cancer, zapped 7 yrs ago but now back at PSA 26.How serious??
