What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

The brain volume is decreased with enlargement of the ventricles, cisterns and sulci. Patchy lucencies are noted in the subcortical white matter of each cerebral hemisphere. Vascular calcifications are noted. There is no evidence of any cortical infarct, mass, edema, mass effect, or midline shift. No signs of hemorrhage or extraaxial fluid collections. The visualized portions of the orbits and paranasal sinuses are unremarkable. No skull fractures or skull lesions are identified.
IMPRESSION: Diffuse atrophy of the brain. No acute or focal intracranial findings by CT.

My mother's mother and two brothers had alzeihemer's. Does this diagnosis mean she has it?
