What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

I had a CT scan and it shows mild diffuse cortical atrophy with scattered low attenuation changes throughout the perivenyticular and subcortical white matter. I am 65 years old. My father died at age 71 with Alzheimers disease after having it for 7 years. Does this diagnosis mean I will be getting this disease?
