What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

A friends CT has shown 12mm spiculated lung lesion in middle lobe with associated enlarged right hilar lymph node.CT on brain shows involutional changes of brain parenchyma and of cerebellum.soft tissue thickening of poaterior naso pharynx and also chronic subdeural collection.shortness of breath, confusion, memory loss,productive cough.are we to expect cancer?
