What Does This CT Scan Report Of Kidney Specify?

I had an MRI done on my lumbar spine. They found something with my kidney. The report reads The visualized rep trip writing so and mesenteeic structure show what appears to be possible post inflammatory scarring about the lower pole margins of the left kidney. The lower pole is slightly diminutive in relation to the mid and upper pole margins. There may be small cyst formation in the left kidney inferiorly. What should I do? Is it something to be concerned about?
