What Does This CT Scan Report Regarding Sinusitis Indicate?

CT scan shows ostiomeatal units are occluded bilaterally secondary to mucosal thickening. There is minimal nasal septum deviation to the left. There is mucosal thickening seen in bilateral maxillary, ethmoid sinuses. No evidence of acute sinusuitis.
