What Does This CT Scan Report Specify?

I just received the CT scan report stating right middle lobe 3mm juxtapleural noncalcified nodular opacities likely pleural-based node. As well as Moderate infiltration of the hepatic parenchyma with partially imaged at least mild hepatomegaly. I need some clarification, please.
