What Does This CT Scan Result Of Chest Indicate?

I am a 51 year old Female. Never smoked. I do have Asthma. Have had it all my life. About a year ago a 3mm right lower lobe nodule was found and I had a repeat CT and the size has not changed however now the CT detected a 6mm ground glass attenuation left apical nodule...... I have made an appt for this week with a pulmonologist. How serious could this second nodule be
