What Does This CT Scan Results Of Uterus Indicate?

I was having upper left abdominal pain and vomiting with high fatty foods. I had an abdominal CT scan done. I have a history of gallbladder removal, appendectomy, hyserterctomy with cervical removal and latter had left ovary removed due to cyst. The results showed that I had Prominent soft tissue thickening of upper vaginal wall. I had an internal ultrasound in 2013 of my right ovary as I had a leision that showed up on previous CT scan. The Obgyn decided to just keep an eye on it. Now I have theses new CT results of the vaginal wall soft tissue thickening. I have made an apt with gynecologist to discuss these new findings. Should I be concerned about cancer?
