What Does This ECG Test Finding Indicate?

Hello! Pleaseeee help me!! I am super worried, i feel dizzy since yeaterday.. Today they did an ecg.. I have sinus rhythm however i also have right axis desviation. Axes: P: 69 QRS: 133 T: 64 Duration: QRS: 84 ms Vent rate: 77 I am 24 years old and 5 2 Please help me i am sooooo worried i cant even sleep! :(
