What Does This ECG Test Result Indicate?

I m 36 yr old male got ECG report with slight inferior and left precordial repolarization disturbance , lv overload. Small negative t in aVF with negative t in ll & lll. Small negative t in v4, v5, v6 ,non specific t wave changes. Please advise me what does it means? My other blood work is all normal.
