What Does This EKG Report Mean?

I had an ekg today. No previous heart issues. I am 58 years old. My ekg said Left atrial enlargement , incomplete right bundle branch block and nonspecific ST and T wave abnormality I have an appointment with a cardiologist but I am so scared. Is this something that is serious?
