What Does This HSG Report Indicate?

my wife's HSG report says that "THE UTERINE CAVITY IS WELL OPACIFIED WITHOUT ANY ABNORMALITY. THE FALLOPIAN TUBES ARE WELL OUTLINED THOUGHOUT ITS ENTIRE LENGTH UPTO THE FIMBRIAL END AND SHOWS PERITONEAL SPILL." I just want to know that as per above mention report is it normal or abnormal? and if it is abnormal then suggest me the right way to get well.
