What Does This HSG Report Indicate?

I am 35 years old and had done my HSG . the said report says that the uterus is normal in shape,sie and outline. No. intra/extra luminal SOL is seen . Right tube is normal in outline and caliber and shows free intra peritoneal spill of contrast. The left tube is partially opacified and mid tubal blocked noted . Can I get pregancy normally ? can by the medicine my tubal block get opened ?
