What Does This HSG Test Result Indicate The Chances Of Conception?

I am 33 years old, I have never been pregnant, I have not been on birth control for 3 years and I have only had one partner during that time frame with unprotected sex for 12 months with no pregnancy. I have had an hsg test and an ultrasound with transvaginal just recently, The test revealed that the right side has hydrosalpinx and the left side has a small cyst on the ovary. What are the chances that I can conceive naturally? I believe my doc said that the hsg test showed flow of both tubes if I m not mistaken. Are there any things that I can do to ease or release some of the fluid from the right side?
