What Does This MRI For Muffled Hearing Of The Ear Mean?

I had an lei that showed a "tiny high signal focus in the white matter of the centrum semiovale on the right on FLAIR images most indicative of a tiny microvascular ischemic focus". What does that mean? I had the MRI because of muffled hearing in my fight ear.
