What Does This MRI Of Brain Indicate?

I had an MRI and results advise mild diffuse cerebral and cerebellar volume loss more than expected for my age (52) with no acute intracranial abnormalities. Also mentions ventricular system is mildly prominent however no evidence of acute hydrocephalus. Nonspecific high T2 pericallosal signal intensity areas are noted. Otherwise, the parenchyma of both cerebral hemispheres is normal showing adequate gray-white matter differentiation. Everything else states normal. What does all this mean?
