What Does This MRI Of Shoulder Indicate?

Hi, I recently had an MRI of my shoulder that identified moderate to severe supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendonapathy with a 6 mm subcortical cyst in the anterior of the greater tuberosity. I also have subacromial and sub deltoid bursitis. Is this something that physical therapy can fix?
