What Does This MRI On The Maxillary Sinus Mean?

this is what my MRI came back as saying. What does this mean and can it be the cause of my constant headaches? Focal mucosal thickening or a retention cyst is present within the posterior aspect of the right maxillary sinus. There is also peripheral mucosal thickening within the left sphenoid sinus. The frontal sinuses appear congenitally hypoplastic.
