What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

My son was diagnosed with a hearing loss after birth. He had an MRI to c if it was a bad case of glue ear on top of mild sensorineural loss and it says he has fluid within his primitive mastoid air cells and in the left middle ear cleft. What does this mean? Is it just a case of glue ear?
