What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I had a recent MRI that came back with the findings of hypo intense appearance of the marrow on t1 weighted images consistent with infiltrative bone marrow process. Can you explain this to me? I haveosteoarthritis and didn t generative disc disease in my lumbar spine and went into the hospital as directed by my orthopedic surgeon because I was in so much pain he wanted me to have more MRI s done. Now they are saying I may have leukemia, anemia which they recently rolled out or a disseminated cocci causing the bone marrow issue. I now gave hemamangiomas on the L2 and a hyperintense lesion in the L4 cerebral body. L4-L5 I have an annular fissure, facet arthroscopic and abutment of the exited rt nerve root. L5-S1 is a central disc protrusion. Do you have an opinion?
