What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I am 34 and 140 pounds I had 2 MRI scans done because I started to experience numbness in different areas. on both mris they mentioned the pineal cyst1 cm in diameter but the second mri they referred to it as a leision?? what does this mean for me and I also have a load of disc bulges from surviving three road traffic collisions. the worst is at c5 c6 with spinal chord compression with signal change on the right hand side. the doctor I have an appouintment with in june is a juniour as the nhs in scotland uk is a joke, will I be dead before this appointment?
