What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Having severe pain in the neck that are sporadic I call them flares, had a ACDF C6-C7 2 years ago. New MRI, Impression 1. Tiny disc lesion or osteophyte extending superiorly behind the inferior c6 vertebral body just abutting the spinal cord at the take off of the C7 nerve root at the level of the previous C6-C7 ACDF. 2. Mild C3-C6 spondylitic changes with mild impressionon the spinal cord at the takeoff of the left C4, C5, C6 nerve roots 3. C7-T1 unconvertebral degenerative changes with the right greater than the left moderate seen neural foraminal narrowing. Question? what does this impression mean in laymen terms?
