What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

L5-S1: there is decreased T2 signal in the L5/S1 intervertebral disc. There is minimal right eccentric disc bulge with minimal encroachment without impingement on the exiting nerve. Impression: disc desiccation and minimal right paracentral disc bulge at the L5/S1 level without impingement of the exiting nerve. What does this mean? How long is my recovery time? What can t I do?
