What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I am A P.T. I have a patient that came back with a MRI report that I am trying to understand. It is a long report, but some of the concerning words/phrases 7 mm herniation impinging the thecal sac and descending L5 nerves AP canal diameter 4mm superior retropulsion 4mm of L1 abutting the conus. Most concerning to me is that the patient has rapid onset of Bilateral LE weakness and new onset of bladder incontinence. Help!
