What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

hi, i just picked up my MRI report for cervical & spine...what is this? mild-moderate central stenosis with borderline compression of ventral spinal cord (oh, sorry, c4-5) due to developmental spinal stenosis (this part i get), appx 1-2mm broad central posterior protrusion of disc, and slight redundant ligamentum flavum midline sagittal dimension of spinal cord reduced to 8-9mm. mild bilateral neural foraminial stenosis is present due to lateral component of disc protrusion/ostyeophytes of unconvertabral joint. wow, hard words! i admire you!!
