What Does This MRI Report Mean?

I hope you can explain my problem more clearly. My: L3-4 I have mild disc bulging. Mild facet arthropathy. Mild right foraminal stenosis. My L4-5: Mild disc height loss. Mild endplate degeneration with spurring. Moderate disc bulging. Moderate sized posterior left paracentral disc extrustion with 1.5 cm caudal migration. This results in severe left lateral recess stenosis and encroachment on the traversing left L5 nerve root. Mild facet arthropathy. Overall moderate spinal canal stenosis. Chronic disc disease and facet arthropathy result in severe right and moderate left foraminal stenosis. My
L5-S1: Severe disc height loss and severe endplate degeneration with spurring. Moderate disc bulging. Large bilateral foraminal disc osteophyte complexes. A large right far lateral disc osteophyte Moderate facet arthropathy, right more than left. Spinal canal stenosis. Right more than left lateral recess stenosis, Moderate bilateral foraminal stenosos, right more than left. There are bilateral T2 hyperintense, T1 hypointens renal foci which most likely represent cysts; on the right in the midpole measures 1.50 cm and on the left superior pole measures 1.5 cm
IMPRESSION:
Moderate sized posterior left paracentral disc extrusion at the L4-5 results in severe left lateral recess stenosis and encroachment on the traversing left L5 nerve root.
Chronic changes at L4-5 result in severe right and moderate at the foraminal stenosis.
Chronic changes atL5-S1 result in moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis right more than left.
