What Does This MRI Report Mean?

My MRI reports reads , "C3 - C4 There is a 5mm posterior and postrolateral disc hernia tigon with impingement on the central aspect of the the cal sac and impingement on the left neutral exit formation. The herniated or extruded portion is somewhat superior lay and obliquely." What does it mean?
