What Does This MRI Report Mean?

My MRI results say I have severe mucocele thickening of maxillary, ethmoid, and sphenoid sinuses. What does this mean? I just had septoplasty and turbinate reduction in January but the doctor didny do any scans prior to surgery. I had an MRI because of headaches.
