What Does This MRI Report Mean?

Hi I m trying to understand an MRI of shoulder findings: 1. moderately advanced degenerative joint disease involving the glenohumeral articulation, glenohumeral joint effusion with distention of axillary pouch containing loose body. 2. Narrowed coracoacromial arch, consideration for impingement syndrome. 3.Subcorcoid bursal effusion. What all does this mean in dummy terms cause I don t quite understand.
