What Does This MRI Report Of Knee Indicate?

i fell on the ice and hurt my knee and my mri showed a subtle fracture along the edge of the posterior lateral tibial plateau...minimal joint effusion and area of aseptic necrosis in the posterior lateral femoral condyle and then they asked does the patient take steroids. what does this mean exactly in terms i can understand? i had 4 back surgeries and have cortizone injections and si injections.
