What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

Hi, my name is Margaret Phillips, And about 3yrs ago, I had cervical discectomy and fusion at levels c5-c6, c6-c7, and c7-Ti. I also have multilevel disc pathology in the thoracic spine with the following abnormalities: T5-6: focal left paracentral 3-4 mm disc protrusion deformes the ventral spinal cord. Also at T11-12: left paracentral and proximal left foraminal 3mm disc protrusion impinges upon the exiting nerve root. And i just had a MRI done 01/16/15, and they found that the there was moderate disc height loss with a 3-4 moderate broad-based disc protrusion with a more focal right paracentral component that indents the right side of the thecal sac and creates mild to moderate spinal canal narrowing. Can you tell me what you think the out come will be.
