What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

I just got my mri report and it states the following: there appear to be post-fusion changes at L4-5 with moderate degenerative disc disease at this level including disc space narrowing, endplate irregularity and marginal osteophyte formation. What does this all mean? This pain is unbearable and I can t function normally anymore or hardly walk anymore because of increased pain. I m so afraid my pain management dr is going to just blow me off and say nothing is wrong
