What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Specify?

I had an MRI recently for back pain. The following are the result my primary care provider provided me. Not sure what they mean. Lumbar: Loss of normal lumbar curvature with minimal disc bulging with no impingement or spinal canal narrowing, with degenerative changes.
