What Does This MRI Report Regarding Knee Mean?

I have had knee pain in my left knee for about 3 months now and i had an mri done and it said i had patchy red marrow in the distal femur and there is mild increased fluid deep to the lateral retinaculum and distal iliotibal band and there was possible iliotibial band friction syndrome and in my tendons there is mild thickening and increased intrasubstance signal of the proximal patellar at the patellar tendon and i have a tiny lesion in the medial tibial plateau. I would really like to know what this means. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
