What Does This MRI Report Regarding Paracentral Disc Specify?

Can you explain what Broad-based right paracentral disc osteophyte complex with indentation of the sac and right anterior cord means? I have been experiencing increasing pain in my shoulder and arm down through my hand. We are starting treatments, nerve tests, etc. but I am unclear on what all of this really means.
