What Does This MRI Report Regarding Spine Specify?

I just had latest MRI and it says a right para central disk protrusion with superimposed mild to moderate uncoverreveal joint disease. There is moderate to severe right neural foraminal narrowing. Could you put this in simpler terms? I have something in every disk in the c range but this one is the worst.
