Straightening of lumbar curvature is seen. F u op. Case. Status-laminectomy at level at l5 level. Disc desiccation with diffuse bulge and posterocentral extruded disc at l4-5 level showing annualar tear along with facet joint arthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy causing severe compression over thecal sac , bilateral lateral recess, cauda equina and existing nerve roots. Disc desiccation with diffuse disc bulge and left posterolateral extruded disc at l5-s1 level causing left lateral recess stenosis and compression of traversing nerve roots likely recurrent disc.
