What Does This MRI Scan Finding Indicate?

Hello, I underwent a Brain MRI due to loss of hearing and what it stated is this: Lateral ventricles are mildly prominent. . these findings are nonspecific and may be within normal limits for the patient. There were findings compatible with a small persistent midline cavum. What does this mean?
