What Does This MRI Scan Finding Indicate?

I had an MRI because I was having headache on right side behind my right eye, dizziness and swelling of the right eye. The MRI impressions states that they found supratentioral white matter FLAIR hyperintensities. Differential diagnosis includes chronic micrangiopathy, primary demyelinating process, migraine effect and or vasculitis. What does all of this mean?
