What Does This MRI Scan Finding Mean?

What does the following on MRI results mean: "Multiple (at least seven) tiny susceptibility foci in both cerebral hemispheres and the left cerebellum and thalamus, predominately in a posterior circulation distribution. The imaging appearance raises the possibility of remote microhaemorrhages. Male, 21 years old with frequent severe migraines and vertigo.
