What Does This MRI Scan Findings Indicate?

Hello Doctor Herrick, As per my MRI reports on my Left knee it was mentioned that i have Minimal myxoid degeneration on my Posterior Cruciate Ligament, complex tear in the Posterior horn and root of medial meniscus , bucket handle tear and complex tear in Anterior horn. Do i need to have surgery on this? is this a major concern?
