What Does This MRI Scan Findings Indicate?

I had a MRI today and was just wondering what this Meant? There is a small lacune opacified the right maxillary sinus. This may reflect a sinus atelectasis less likely hypoplasia. There is mucoperiosteal thickening and trapped secretions the high signal of which may reflect high protein secondary to desiccation although fungal colonization could produce similar appearance IMPRESSION: Impression: Unremarkable brain MRI. Small probably atelectatic versus hypoplastic right maxillary sinus with mucoperiosteal thickening and trapped secretions
