What Does This MRI Scan Of Spine Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from lower backache from last 5 months... my age is 25 years n my recent MRI Report says: 1. Lumbarization of s1-2 disc- transitional vertebra. 2. broad basd posterocentral and bilateral paracentral protrusion of L5-S1 disc indenting the thecal sac, impining on bilateral S1 nerve roots and compromising the neural foramina. thickening of lgamentum flava is noted at this level contributing to soft tissue spinal canal stenosis.
