What Does This MRI Test Result Indicate For Severe Concussion ?

I suffered a severe concussion two months ago. Contrast MRI shows trauma and lesions. I have also noticed eye twitching and inappropriate smirking (if talking about something serious, I smirk or even giggle) which are both new to me. Could these be related to the concussion?It s very embarrassing and I feel rude, but can t control it.
